Service Period: November 1 to March 31 (5 months)

1. Snow Depth: Unlimited removal of snow accumulation of 1" or more.
2. Light Accumulation: Snow accumulation under 1" is the homeowner's responsibility for clearance.
3. Timely Clearing: Prompt clearing once snowfall has ceased, typically within 8-12 hours.
4. Complete Area Coverage: Thorough snow removal from designated areas, including walkways, stairs, garage pads, and driveways.
5. Special Considerations: Clearing around garbage and recycle bins if applicable.
6. Emergency Response: Swift snow cleanup of corners, sidewalk inlets, and driveways after city plow operations during declared snow emergency events.
7. Multiple Day Snow Events: During extended snowfall events spanning multiple days, our crews make courtesy visits to clear garages and driveways, ensuring homeowners can access their vehicles for work and return as needed. After the snow event concludes, we promptly dispatch our crews to perform a full property clearing, maintaining our 8-12 hour guarantee.
8. Billing: Monthly Payments are processed on the 1st of the month during our 5 month season. Full Season Prepay option also available, paying for the entire season upfront.
