Core Aeration should be on your yearly turf maintenance schedule. Aeration includes pulling 2-3" cores over the entire lawn. Cores are left on the lawn to break down. The optimal time for aeration is late August to mid October because most weeds are not actively germinating.  A core aeration will benefit your turf’s health over the winter months.

Overseeding is a great addition to your aeration service. Whether you're looking to thicken up your existing lawn or fill in those bare spots in the lawn, adding overseeding to your renovation plans is something we highly recommend.
